ICEF Online membership is open to Agents and Providers active in the recruitment of international students. ICEF Online reserves the right to grant or refuse membership to applicants. Negotiations will not be entered into. Upon receipt of a signed and dated order form, or an order form submitted via this website, membership approval will be confirmed via confirmation correspondence and an accompanying invoice. Your first annual membership period commences on the date of your account activation.

Agents may not use ICEF Online to sell website listings to Providers. ICEF Online Agent members must be willing to list the ICEF Online Providers they represent in their ICEF Online Study Guide and agree not to charge Providers a fee for this. Immediate account suspension will result if Agents use the ICEF Online platform to attempt to sell website listings to Providers.

This application is considered legally binding, and the contract takes effect with the dispatch of the confirmation message and invoice. Applicants having submitted a binding order form cannot be discharged from their contractual obligations.

All fees are payable in € (or equivalent) as indicated on the invoice, by credit card, cheque or bank transfer, as specified on the invoice.

This contract is valid under German law. Venue is Bonn, Germany.
