ICEF Online Providers can have up to 10 sections of content within their Study Guide page.

All Agents you approve via ICEF Online will automatically have your Study Guide page like this within their Study Guide, with the capacity for it to be displayed to prospective students in up to 10 languages.

Each Agent can select the "default" language they prefer Study Guide pages to be displayed in for their website. However, all language options will be available to all viewers, at all times. If you have not as yet uploaded Study Guide page content in a language that is selected by an Agent, or a prospective student, your Study Guide page will be displayed in English.

We suggest 10 (examples only) section headings for your Study Guide page, which are (in top to bottom of page order):

Introduction
Programs / Courses
Entry Requirements
Highlights
Location
Facilities
Accommodation
Student Life
Other
Address

However, you may create 10 totally different headings and section content topics if you prefer. We limit each Provider to one page of content so that it is faster and cheaper to translate your content into many languages. Having fewer words and more language translations is better than having more words and fewer language translations. Multiple language translations will give you far greater reach and impact to a much wider audience.

Please remember that one of the main purposes of your Study Guide page is to generate student enquiries for your approved agents to follow-up and enrol. If the Study Guide page content is too comprehensive (Prices etc), there is less need / desire for a student to make an enquiry, and prospective students may move on without submitting enquiries.

Feel free to add content to your Study Guide page in multiple languages via the Profile -> Study Guide Page Settings -> Sections page. Change the language via the Drop Down menu next to the words: "Show Language"

Edit your Study Guide page images (up to 7) via the Profile -> Study Guide Page Settings -> Images page.

• DO NOT feel obliged to have identical content in every language version of your Study Guide Page
• DO NOT include contact details other than physical address on your Study Guide Page. Agents will not publish your page if their prospective students can contact you directly. Agents are able to access your contact details via your ICEF Online profile.
• DO NOT include a section for Prices, as many Agents will not want to publish your prices, and all Agent websites receive identical Study Guide content
• DO NOT include copy that will need frequent updating (such as Prices), since updates will likely need to be made in multiple languages

NOTE on Prices: For the convenience of your Agents, you can add a downloadable Price List document into the "Paperwork" area of your ICEF Online account, once you receive log-in access. This will allow your ICEF Online Agents to download your latest price details at any time, to forward to prospective students on your behalf. (See Profile -> Paperwork -> List / Create Paperwork)
