Quality Assurance

Q What quality assurance of Agents does ICEF Online offer to Providers?
A All ICEF Online Agents have been screened by ICEF GmbH. Each Agent has supplied 3 or 4 Provider referees, who have been contacted to validate their relationship with the Agent.

Q How many Agent applications are rejected by ICEF Online?
A To date over 30% of Agent applications have been rejected.

Relationships with Agents

Q. What does it mean to 'accept a relationship with an Agent'?
A. To accept a relationship with an Agent means that your Study Guide page will automatically and immediately be added into the Study Guide of that Agency. The Agency can then generate enquiries on your behalf via their website, as well as allow their student advisers to use your page in their Study Guide to show prospective students various details about your institution and programs. Q If I 'decline' a requested relationship with an Agency, will I still have access to the profile and contact details of that Agency?
A Yes. This will enable you to contact and/or approach them for a relationship at a later date, should your circumstances change.

Q If I 'decline' a requested relationship with an Agency, will that Agency still have access to my profile and contact details?
A No. However, you will still have access to their profile and contact details.

Q Should I ask ICEF Online Agents to complete an official agency agreement as I do for other Agents?
A Yes, please maintain your usual Agency appointment practices. ICEF Online relationships do not replace the need for standard Agency agreements.

Q Do I need to accept a relationship request in order to communicate with an Agent via the ICEF Online platform?
A No. Nor do you not need to accept a relationship on ICEF Online in order to view an Agents profile.

Q Is there any limit to how many Agents I can work with via ICEF Online?
A ICEF Online does not impose any limits.

Q Will other Providers be able to view my ICEF Online profile?
A No

Q Will Agents in all countries be able to view my profile and approach me?
A No - only those from countries you select.

Q Will Agents selling all types of programs and study levels be able to view my profile and approach me?
A No - only those wishing to sell the types of programs and study levels you offer.

Agent Marketing Support

Q Is there any limit to how many documents I can upload for my agents to download?
A No. However, we recommend that individual documents should not exceed 2Mb in size. Otherwise agents may be reluctant to download them, as well as reluctant to email them to prospective students.

Q. What are ICEF Online's Membership Terms and Conditions ?

Q We have 2 schools in 2 countries. How many ICEF Online accounts will we need?
A You will need 2 ICEF Online accounts to effectively promote each school to prospective students via Agency websites.

Q We have 2 schools in the same country. How many ICEF Online accounts will we need?
A You will need 1 or 2 ICEF Online accounts to effectively promote both schools. You can choose.

Q Do you offer group discounts for groups of affiliated schools?
A Yes. Please contact us for a quotation.
