ICEF Online membership is open to Agents and Providers active in the recruitment of international students.

ICEF Online reserves the right to grant, refuse, continue or discontinue membership to any applicant or member at any time. Negotiations will not be entered into. Membership approval and renewal will be confirmed via email correspondence and an accompanying invoice. Any member whose membership is terminated will forfeit all fees paid to ICEF Online.

The first annual membership period commences on the date account login details are emailed to the account holder. Members are under no obligation to continue as members. Membership can be extended by paying the appropriate annual fee before the date of account expiry.

   1.  The Agent may not use their ICEF Online account to actively promote or sell anything to Providers.
   2.  The Agent is not permitted to disclose their login details to third parties, nor are they permitted to share access to their ICEF Online account with any third party.

Immediate account suspension will result in the following instances:
   1.  if an Agent uses the ICEF Online platform to attempt to sell website listings to a Provider/s
   2.  if an Agent uses the ICEF Online platform to promote and/or sell fair/s, workshop/s and/or other event/s
   3.  if an Agent neglects their ICEF Online account for a period of 2 weeks or more, without prior notification to ICEF or ICEF Online staff

This application / order is considered legally binding, and the contract takes effect with the dispatch of a confirmation message and invoice. Applicants having submitted a binding order form cannot be discharged from their contractual obligations.

All fees are payable in € (or equivalent) by credit card, cheque or bank transfer, as specified on the invoice.

ICEF Online is authorized to withdraw the membership of any agent who uses the ICEF Online platform in any unauthorized way, or who contradicts the above terms and conditions in any way. Such action may preclude participation by the Agent in future ICEF Agent Workshops.

If a provision of this Agreement is, or becomes, illegal, invalid or unenforceable, in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect the validity of enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision of this agreement.

This contract is valid under German law. Venue is Bonn, Germany
