FAQ’s for Agents

Relationships with Providers

Q. What does it mean to "accept " a relationship with a Provider?
A. To accept a relationship with a Provider means that the Study Guide page of that Provider will automatically and immediately be added into your (ICEF Online) Agency Study Guide. You can then generate enquiries on their behalf via your website. Your student advisers can also use the new page in your Study Guide to show prospective students various details about the Provider and their programs. Q. If I 'decline' a requested relationship with a Provider, will I still have access to the profile and contact details of that Provider?
